Results: faecal egg counts
For each of the four samples:
- Slowly scan through the paracytometer slide (play the video)
- Count the eggs in each of the "lanes" (put each number in one of the 10 input space)
- Total the number (press calculate)
- Calculate the eggs per gram (this is done automatically).
- Record the FEC (eggs/g) in the online data file
