Haematoxylin & Eosin (x200). Peyers patch which contains a large germinal centre (pale staining large cells), which indicates that it is producing a high number of plasma cells. The blood vessels are dilated and congested.There were also signs of fibrinopurulent polysynovitis (polyarthritis).
