Case W925/95 Swollen Jaw in a Cow

History:

Tissue from the mandible from an adult Hereford cow. The mandible was massively swollen, firm , and irregular with discharging sinus tracts.
The mandible was up to 12 cm thick.
The cow was in lean condition but otherwise free of lesions.
