Introduction
   

History:

A pale, fleshy mass was found adjacent to the upper molar tooth of a mature dog. It was causing some irritation and pain to the dog during eating.

Oral Mass (x 40). The oral lesion consisted of dense amounts of swirling fibrous tissue within the submucosa. Throughout the fibrous tissue, low numbers of nuclei were scattered.
