History:

4 year old sheep. 5 month histroy of progressive exercise intolerance, weight loss and dyspnoea. Moist rales. Seromucoid nasal discharge.

There are 2 components to this disease:

• Chronic lung oedema and extensive proliferation of alveolar macrophages

• Nodular proliferation of non-ciliated bronchiolar epithelial cells
