Introduction

Case 1:

History:

Adult male goat was vasectomised.
Post vasectomy, the animal developed multiple firm nodules at the head of the epididymis.

Gross pathology:

Irregular pasty grey-white lumpy lesions
Atrophy and white flecks in the testis.

Sperm Granuloma:

Pathogenesis -

1. Obstruction of tubules or tubular damage

2. Leakage of sperm into interstitium

3. Foreign body reaction.
