Case 5:Signalment:6 year old female dog presented for vomiting, anorexia and lethargy.Clinical Signs:The dog was very lethargic, depressed and severely dehydrated.Other information:Blood electrolytes indicated markedly increased potassium (5.8 mmol/L) (normal 2.3-4.2 mmol/L) and decreased sodium (115 mmol/L) (normal 126-142 mmol/L) levels.
