    Case 18:Signalment:4 year old female Maltese cross.Clinical Signs:The owners have noticed that their dog urinates small volumes of urine very frequently (pollakiuria). Occasionally they have noticed the urine appears a little bit red tinged. You ask them to collect some urine and then perform a urinalysis. Your urinalysis reveals that there are moderate numbers of intact red blood cells present in the urine (haematuria). |
