Case 12:Signalment:6 yo Bedlington terrier entire male, with repeated bouts of hepatitis.Clinical Signs:The animal was mildly jaundiced, had a low plasma protein content and was mildly anaemic.Other information:Haematology revealed that the anaemia was non-regenerative.The animal was euthansed and a post mortem conducted.
On gross examination the liver was mottled in appearance and showed alternating
regions of fibrosis and nodular hyperplasia. Some areas appeared pale.
