Case 4:
Clinical History:
A farmer has noticed that over the last year or so he has
begun losing adult sheep. The sheep seem to wate away with little or no
eivdence of diarrhoea. The farm has a good worming history. An emaciated
adult sheep is submitted for post mortem examiantion. There is submandibular
oedema and milfdthickening of the ileum and mild enlargment of ileocaecal
lymph nodes.

Much of the normal architecture had been replaced there are multifocal
foci of caseous necorosis
