Seminoma:

These round cell tumours form within seminiferous tubules.

Seminomas:

These tumours derive from germ cells and occur most frequently in the dog. They cause enlargement of the affected testis. Grossly, these tumours are white to gray, and are soft to slightly firm. They begin as intratubular growths, but eventually rupture through the tubular wall and grow diffusely throughout the testicular parenchyma.
